Social Media Operation - Facebook
Heath Earth Association is expanding its platform to social medias, we are seeking heartfelt and passionate volunteers to join our Facebook Social Media Team. All of the work will be fully online, therefore the volunteers can receive volunteer hours while working at anytime and anywhere.

- Chinese-English Translator –
Chinese-English Translator will be responsible for localizing our Chinese content to English-speaking audiences, translating passages or paragraphs written by our medial specialists from Chinese to English. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to translation and quality control of Chinese content. The translator is expected to have the work done in a fast environment.
- Graphic Designer –
The Graphic Designer will be in charge of maintaining our brand image on Facebook, as well as generating digital graphic contents, creating flyers and posts for our feeds, and expanding our social media presence.
Operation Specialist –
Operation specialist will be responsible for daily management of our official account on Facebook. Tasks including but not limited to post feeds, organize graphics, solve any platform wise issues, respond to comment and private massages, track trends etc.
Chinese-English Translator –
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Able to translate medical vocabulary fluently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Prior experience in translation is a plus.
- Strong independent work skill.
- Responsible and passionate about the work.
Graphic Designer –
- Create social media campaigns maintaining consistent branding for Facebook.
- Creating digital content, flyers and post pictures.
- Provide creative thought on organizational theme and improvements.
- Experience in digital graphic designs preferred.
- Advanced in AdobeIllustrator, Photoshop, canvas and procreate is a plus.
- Responsible and passionate about the work.
Operation Specialist –
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized volunteer with flexible schedules ,able to quickly respond to texts.
- Experienced with collecting and analyzing data.
- Ability to collaborate with in a team.
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshooting issues individually and as a team.
- Responsible and passionate about the work.

Website Setup & Operation
Owning a website is a basic need of every organization in order to show their messages to the audiences. Health Earth Association now is seeking passionate and responsible volunteers to help working on some setup and operation works of our website. All of the work will be fully online, therefore the volunteers can receive volunteer hours while working at anytime and anywhere.

- Website Technicist –
Web technicist’s responsibility includes: web daily maintenance, outburst error solving, and upgrading site facilities.
- Website Operator –
Web operators are responsible for putting on new contents and checking new messages.
